Pam Kirby

A licensed real estate professional since 2003, Pam’s primary goal in every real estate transaction is to create raving fans who will turn to her for all of their real estate needs, and who will refer friends and family when they are buying or selling a home.

Staying in close touch throughout the real estate process is something Pam takes great pride in doing. Whether you are selling or buying a home, you can count on Pam to guide you through every step, sharing her knowledge and experience, while anticipating and solving challenges along the way. Pam knows listening to your dreams, concerns and goals is the most important part of her job.

With a certification in home staging, Pam assists sellers in presenting their homes at their best, resulting in quicker sales for more money. Although she has enjoyed working with a wide variety of buyers and sellers, Pam particularly enjoys assisting first-time home buyers and senior home sellers. In addition to her staging certification, Pam holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist and Relocation designations.

Throughout her career, Pam has distinguished herself as a top producer, a managing broker, a real estate educator and a mentor to new licensees. Pam holds Broker licenses in NH & ME and lists and sells homes in the NH Seacoast and Southern ME. She also holds a B.S. from the University of NH and a M.S. from Antioch University New England.

In her free time, Pam enjoys following New England sports teams, UNH hockey and is an avid supporter of the arts. Most of all, she loves spending time with her young granddaughter Isabel!
